Fees

APRIM 2023 will be held with hybrid, both in-person (written as ‘onsite’ in the registration system) and online.
Therefore, there are two types of registration, in-person and online.
The fees of each registration type are as follow, and participants should choose which type attendees at that time of registration submission.

☐ IAU / Non-IAU members’ Registration

• In-person Early bird (until May 31, 2023, 23:59 JST):   35,000 JPY
• In-person Regular (after June 1, 2023, 0:00 JST):      40,000 JPY
• Online:                      35,000 JPY

☐ Students’ Registration

• In-person Early bird (until May 31, 2023, 23:59 JST):   20,000 JPY
• In-person Regular (after June 1, 2023, 0:00 JST):      25,000 JPY
• Online:                      20,000 JPY

☐ Other

• Accompanied person:                10,000 JPY
• (allow to enter exhibition hall and reception only)

Note:

• The in-person registration type includes access to the welcome reception and exhibition hall.
• The registration type is able to be changed later through the registration system*.
• Banquets, excursions, and lunch boxes are optional at an additional fee.
  Lunch boxes: 1,000 JPY/box, Banquets: 8,000 JPY/adult, Excursions: TBD
• Participants can choose these options at the registration system.
• Participants can add and pay these options separate from registration fee later (it is also available after the early bird deadline).

* Please check the “Change, Cancellation and Refund” policy in the bottom of this page when you change the submitted registration.

Note on APRIM 2023 Registration fee

Change, Cancellation and Refund

A request on any changes or cancellation of the registration should be made through the conference registration system.
After payment has been completed, a processing fee (1,100 JPY/each time) will be deducted for changes/cancellations resulting in a refund.
