Lost and Found:
If you happen to misplace or find any items during the event, please don’t worry. Our friendly team at the Information Desk is here to assist you.
Name Badge and Banquet Ticket:
To ensure a smooth experience, please make sure to visit the Reception Desk and collect your name badge if you haven’t already done so. If you have reserved a banquet ticket, you can also pick it up at the Reception Desk.
Bring Your Banquet Ticket:
When attending the banquet at Hotel Hamatsu, please remember to bring your banquet ticket with you. Kindly note that the banquet will be in a sitting style, and reservations are required to participate.
Bus Timetable:
Bus departure times may vary depending on the situation. It is available in the web page, “Transport in Koriyama City – Bus” of Traveling Tips page: https://aprim2023.org/travel-2/transport-tips/
Switching Presentation Modes:
If you have made any changes to your presentation mode, such as switching from on-site to online or vice versa, we kindly request that you update your presentation mode yourself on our user-friendly online platform: APRIM2023 Online Platform : https://aprim2023.gakkai.online/.
