We’re writing to emphasize a critical deadline that requires your immediate attention. If you require a certificate for your participation and/or presentation at APRIM 2023, it’s imperative that you submit your request to LOC no later than twelve noon, Friday, August 11, 2023, Japan time.
Please understand that this deadline is strict and non-negotiable; unfortunately, no exceptions can be made. The certificate issuance process requires thorough verification, especially for our online participants and presenters, so we need your request well in advance.
To reiterate, your request must be submitted and received by the committee by noon in Japan tomorrow.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and timely process for all participants.
